+What is the electricity voltage at the resort and do U.S. travelers need travel adapters for plugs?
110V. We do have plug adapters but we do not have voltage plugs.

Yes there is a travel agency located in the hotel.
+Do you provide discounts for local attractions? (Hiking, Horse-back riding, Scuba).
We do not provide discounts, but our concierge will be happy to make recommendations.
+Is there a charge for Internet usage in the hotel?
No, we offer our guests free internet.
+For guests with special dietary requirements do you offer alternatives?
Yes, our Executive Chef and staff are available to make any suggestions on menu items and answer any questions where possible. We can offer alternate menu items on most occasions.
