  • +What is the travel time to/from the airport?

    It takes approximately 20 minutes to get to and from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ)

  • +How long does it take to get to the main/local attractions?

    It takes approximately 20 minutes by taxi to the main shopping center.

  • +What is the electricity voltage at the resort and do U.S. travelers need travel adapters for the plugs?

    Dominican Republic's electricity uses the same outlets and voltage standards as in North America (110 volts 60 Hz cycles AC). For those countries that uses other voltages you would require an adapter.

  • +How many days in advance can we make our dinner reservations for the a la carte restaurants?

    Guests can book dinner reservations for the a la carte restaurants only for same day between 8 AM to 12 noon with Guest Services. Space is subject to availability and there is a limit on the number of reservations. Royal Club guests enjoys preferred seating advantages. No reservations required for the International Buffet restaurant.

  • +What is the dress code for the restaurant?

    The dress code for restaurants is casual attire. Gentlemen can wear pants, shirt and closed shoes; sandals, shirtless, sleeveless shirts & tank tops are not allowed. Ladies can wear dresses, skirts, pants and blouse. Swimwear/beachwear and/or swimshorts are not allowed.

  • +Does the hotel have a tour desk?

    Yes, we have a tour desk which is located in the lobby area offering a wide selection of tours & excursions.

  • +What are the charges for Internet usage in the hotel?

    We have Wi-Fi access available throughout the resort at a cost of $25 USD/25-hours (max 6 days), or $60 USD/week. 15 min access is also available for $4 USD, 30 min for $7 USD and 1 hour for $12 USD from a PC unit in our Lobby area. Prices are subject to change without notice. Internet access runs immediately upon activation even when not in use.

  • +For guests with special dietary requirements, do you offer alternatives meal plans

    Yes, we provide Vegetarian and Gluten free options. Guests with these special dietary requirements should contact us in advance through Guest Services, the Concierge desk or Restaurant Captain.
