+What is the travel time to/from the airport?
It takes approximately 25 minutes to get to and from Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR)
+How long does it take to get to the main/local attractions?
It is approximately a 7 minute walking distance to Paradise Plaza Mall. Or take a 10 minute taxi ride to the quaint town of Puerto Vallarta.
+What is the electricity voltage at the resort and do U.S. travelers need travel adapters for the plugs?
Mexico's electricity uses the same outlets and voltage standards as in North America (110 volts 60 Hz cycles AC). For those countries that uses other voltages you would require an adapter.
+How many days in advance can we make our dinner reservations for the a la carte restaurants?
Guests must book dinner reservations for the a la carte restaurants at least one day (24 hours) in advance with Guest Services. Space is subject to availability and there is a limit on the number of reservations. No reservations required for the International Buffet restaurant.
+What is the dress code for the restaurant?
The dress code for restaurants is casual attire. Gentlemen can wear pants, shirt and closed shoes; sandals, shirtless, sleeveless shirts & tank tops are not allowed. Ladies can wear dresses, skirts, pants and blouse. Swimwear/beachwear and/or swimshorts are not allowed.

+What are the charges for Internet usage in the hotel?
