+What is the travel time to/from Cancun International Airport?
+What is the travel time to 5th Avenue (Touristic area of Playa del Carmen)?
25 minutes walking or 5 minutes by taxi.
+What is the electricity voltage at the resort and do U.S. travelers need travel adapters for plugs?
110V. We do not have plug adapters but our guests can buy them in the logo shop.
+How many days in advance can we make reservations at the restaurant
If there is availability you can still make reservations on the same day, before 3.00 pm.
+Does the hotel have a travel desk
Yes there is a travel agency located by the main lobby (Lomas Travel)
+Do you provide discounts for local attractions? (Hiking, Horse-back riding, Scuba)
We do not provide discounts, but there is a Scuba company located in the hotel.
+What are the charges for Internet usage in the hotel?
Wi Fi cost is $10USD per day or $50USD per week (prices are subject to change) for use one device only.
+For guests with special dietary requirements do you offer alternatives?
We do not have a special menu but our Executive Chef and staff are available to make any suggestions on menu items and answer any questions where possible.
