15 minutes by taxi into the town.
+What is the electricity voltage at the resort and do U.S. travelers need travel adapters for plugs?
110V. The hotel can provide U.S. adapters for use throughout your stay. For European adapters guests need to bring them with them.
+How many days in advance can we make reservations at the restaurant?
Up to 6 days in advance, once guests arrive to the hotel.
+What is the dress code for the a la carte restaurant?
The dress code is casual; pants, shirt and closed shoes for men; dress, skirt, blouse for women. No shorts or sandals for men.
+Does the hotel have a travel desk?
Yes, there is a tour desk at the lobby area (Hospitality Desk)
+Do you provide discounts for local attractions? (Hiking, Horse-back riding, Scuba)
We do not provide discounts, but our concierge will be happy to make recommendations.
+What are the charges for Internet usage in the hotel?
Wi Fi access in the rooms or lobby area is available at a cost of $11USD/hour, $26USD/day or $81USD/week. Prices are subject to change.
+For guests with special dietary requirements do you offer alternatives?
We do not have a special menu but our Executive Chef and staff are available to make any suggestions on menu items and answer any questions where possible. Some limited options are available.
