Numerous spots map the Dominican Republic's North Coast amid waters with little or no current. Airport Wall features in-tact, delicate sponge and fragile fan coral. With visibility at a depth of 70 feet, this site features inhabitants like lobster and eel in a refuge of coral carpet. The Caves is recommended for experienced divers yet still gives way for very easy maneuverability. Characterized by their grand entrance, they extend approximately 50 feet in length at a depth of 80 feet. Neighbors here include lobster, eel, and grouper. Five Rocks is considered the best location for certified divers.

Encounter five enormous submerged rocks with splendid displays of coral. The visibility in this area allows a feast for eyes on a plentitude of marine life. With so many locations, all levels are thrilled with sites like Larimar, a semi-precious blue stone, deep dive wall extending from 30 feet to 60 feet withscenery changes from a flowing sandy desert occupied with yellowtail snapper, sergeant majors, eel, lobster, and crab; or see the Mini-Wall with a less intimidating soft descent from 20 to 65 feet with visibility all the way. The Garden, displaying spectacular and colorful marine life intermingling with fan coral and tube sponges, extends to a depth of 80 feet and is considered ideal for all levels of divers; or La Puntilla, which immediately descends to 40 feet, is suitable for beginners - and there are more sites to see, beneath the Caribbean waters of the north coast.
